More murders recorded in South Trinidad
Murders continue unabated as homicide detectives are now investigating the deaths of two men, including a Venezuelan national, which occurred in South Trinidad Sunday morning.
Information relating to the Venezuelan national is still coming in. Still, initial reports indicated that he was stabbed by another Venezuelan national at about 3 am on Sunday (July 3) during an argument at a bar in Duncan Village, San Fernando.
Guardian Media understands the suspect is still at large.
In another incident, Tyrone Nehorah, 51, was found dead in a bushy patch near his South Oropouche home.
Police said around 8:40 am today, a neighbour went to pick up dasheen bush when he found Nehorah lying on the ground, some 20 feet away from his home at Berridge Trace.
His body bore a neck wound.
