FA charges Aston Villa and Brentford for the manner of their teams
Villa striker Ollie Watkins scored the winner in a 2-1 victory at his former club, and his celebration sparked a scuffle between the players.
"Brentford allegedly failed to ensure that their players did not behave improperly and provocatively during the 85th minute," said an FA statement.
"It's further alleged that the club failed to ensure their players and technical area occupants did not behave improperly and provocatively during the 98th minute.
"Aston Villa also allegedly failed to ensure that their players did not behave improperly and provocatively during the 85th minute.
"It's further alleged that the club failed to ensure their players and technical area occupants did not behave in an improper and provocative and/or violent way during the 98th minute."
Overall, there were two red cards, ten other players booked and both Bees boss Thomas Frank and Villa manager Unai Emery cautioned in the match.
In addition to Kamara being dismissed late on, Brentford defender Ben Mee was sent off for a tackle on Leon Bailey.
